Entrance landscaping

Ad the end of 2025 the neighborhood entrance received some much-needed landscaping improvements, securing a great price while also eliminating a visibility concern that posed a safety risk for children at the bus stop. Building on this success, the Board has approved two additional landscaping projects at the entrance, allowing us to take advantage of the favorable pricing. These smaller projects are part of our ongoing strategy to deliver visible enhancements and strengthen the community’s overall curb appeal.

Fountain
The fountain pump failed late last summer, and the fountain has now been fully replaced. Fortunately, the HOA had the financial reserves to cover the cost without issue. Since the electrical box and wiring were also at the end of their service life and no longer up to code, those were addressed as part of the project.
