The Sedgwick Homeowners Association (HOA) serves the vibrant residential community of Sedgwick, nestled in the heart of West Carmel, Indiana. Our neighborhood is known for its beautiful homes, spacious lots, and a strong sense of community. The HOA is dedicated to maintaining Sedgwick’s high standards of appearance, safety, and neighborly spirit through consistent communication, architectural oversight, and community engagement.

 

The HOA board is made up entirely of resident volunteers who generously give their time to support and improve our neighborhood.
